We offer a free and fun week of web-based coaching.

Think of it as ‘Try before you buy’. And it only takes 3 minutes of your time a day. (That’s right, 3 minutes: Tops.)

BJ’s 5-day method is both simple and effective. And people who sign-up say it’s a blast and super-effective. 

A session runs like this: 

  • Getting Set Up (12 min): You learn about habits, and select 3 new habits you want.

  • Monday - Friday (3 min): You do your Tiny Habits, and you respond to a daily email.

That’s all! 

In less than 30 minutes total, you’ll learn skills that will benefit you for a lifetime. And it might even encourage you to dig deeper, and sign up with Mike to do some more intensive and focussed Behaviour Design work.

What have you got to lose, other than 3 minutes a day for 5 days?

We start a new 5-day session each Monday. Participation, as we say, is free. But you need to sign up at least 36 hours in advance. (That means getting started on Saturday or earlier.) 

The format Monday to Friday has been explicitly designed by Professor Fogg; the emails you get will be a combination of his precise instructions and Mike’s dedicated hands-on coaching specifically tailored to you.

Once your 5-day session starts, from Monday through Friday, you'll get BJ’s emails, and Mike will check in with you every day to maximise your learning and Tiny Habits experience .

Your reply back is simple; it takes about 30 seconds. Yes, it’s that quick and easy.
