Tiny Habits Coaching is a powerful CPD opportunity for companies and their workforce.

A quick, simple and empirically proven method of Behaviour change, that enables employees to introduce new positive habits in their life and career. Delivering powerful and lasting results in the domains of well-being, productivity and improved performance.

Delivered by certified Tiny habits coach Mike Coulter, in a winning combination of f2f in-house orientation and instruction in Tiny Habits followed by web-based coaching; the beauty of the method is that delivery is designed to ensure the minimum disruption to the participants work schedule. 

Practicing of the desired Tiny Habits, and self-reporting back to your coach, (in this case me ;), - via the Tiny Habits online platform - takes just 3 minutes a day, Monday-Friday:

Benefits/outcomes of introducing Tiny Habits to your company culture: 

1. Successful completion of the Tiny Habits coaching protocols will ensure you have a strong cohort of staff skilled in this state-of-the-art behaviour design methodology: (An increasingly important skill in all departments in all companies.) Participants who initially choose ‘personal’ in contrast to ‘professional’  Tiny Habits, such as stress-reduction, improved sleep, weight control, exercise and meditation, tend to bring these well-being improvements from their personal lives into their workplace and job function.

A simple, single-page questionnaire sent out to participants at the end of each 5 day coaching period, [we’ve collated thousands of data points from these], will also give your company an accurate snapshot of the high-achievers/quick-learners in certain areas, the procrastinators/disengaged, and those middle-grounders who perhaps need help and supportive interventions.

Learning is great. But if you don't know how to change your behaviour accordingly, and get yourself to then apply what you've learned in consistent action, then the learning investment for employer and employee will be wasted.
